Your beta registration, kept simple and private.

Who is responsible?

Wesley Lorrez organises the independent FreeWillow community beta and is responsible for this registration list. Privacy questions or withdrawal requests can be sent to freewillow.community@outlook.com.

What do we collect?

Your email address, preferred test platform, selected language, confirmation that you own or use a Willow, consent, and registration timestamp. We deliberately do not collect garden data, robot telemetry, passwords, or payment information here.

Why and on what basis?

We process this information with your consent to select and organise small private test groups, send essential installation or safety information, and request feedback about the beta. Registration does not guarantee an invitation. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who receives it?

The list is not sold or used for unrelated marketing. Cloudflare hosts the public page and Google Forms and Sheets store the private registration records. Your email may be supplied to Apple TestFlight or Google Play only if you are selected and it is needed to issue your test invitation.

How long is it kept?

We keep the registration while the private testing programme is active and for no longer than 12 months after the final beta communication, unless a legal duty requires otherwise. A withdrawal request removes you from future invitations and the active list.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Independent project

FreeWillow is an independent community project. It is not operated by EEVE BV, the curator, or the bankruptcy estate. Registration creates no purchase, employment, warranty, or guarantee of beta access.
